You bring a new occupant to the place and you enter, and the property is a total mess – food and pet stains on the carpet, cobwebs on the ceiling, mould in the corners, grout all over the tiles in the bathroom, an absolute greasy nightmare in the kitchen, and a slice of pizza peaking under the sofa.
